First- Contact us with your needs. Whether it’s to find a house or property that you wish to purchase, Ocean Legacy will help. With a large network of brokers we have access to all areas of Panama.
Second- Once property is located, we will have our attorneys handle the due diligence and title search on the property.
Third- Our attorney will prepare a Promise to Buy/Sell Contract to lock in the property sale and secure the terms agreed upon (a deposit of 10% is usually required by the seller upon signing the promise to buy/sell contract)
Fourth- Once the attorney has completed the necessary paperwork then the final closing is scheduled.
Fifth- Payment is then made, usually from an escrow account agreed upon by the parties. After this is completed the buy/contract is registered at the public registry where the property is then transferred to the new owner.
