Brian Piantadosi with a nice Yellowfin Tuna off Pedasi on Panama's Azuero Peninsula. Yellowfin Tuna are fantastic to eat. Often for an appetizer many fishermen make sushi from these Yellowfin Tuna. The Azuero Peninsula is nicknamed the Tuna Coast because of the unfathomable numbers of tuna that swim in these waters. During a half day fishing trip off Pedasi a group landed 36 Yellowfin Tuna.
